All foreign participants of the Conference must obtain valid documents to enter Russia.
To get an Invitation for the visa, the following steps should be accomplished:
1. Register online (see Registration).
2. Book a hotel accommodation through the Online Registration system (see Accommodation). Another possibility is to book a hotel on your own and send us the Booking Confirmation.
3. Send visa support request and the copy of your passport to the e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

You may select whether you need a scan copy of the Invitatio by e-mail or the original hardcopy of the Invitation. Russian Consulates in some countries request the originals (please contact the Russian Consulate in your country and ask what their requirements are). The Invitation for visa is provided free of charge for registered participants. By default, it will be e-mailed to you as a scanned copy. If the hardcopy of Invitation is required by the authorities, postage expenses are covered by the participant.
