The Organizing Committee is delighted to provide hotel accommodation for the Conference participants. To make a hotel reservation, log in to the Online Registration system and fill the necessary fields. Your booking should be fully prepaid in order to guarantee accommodation. 

Below we provide the information on suitable hotels nearby the Conference venue. Many other hotels are available (see booking.com), please feel free to select the hotel on your choice. Different accommodation sites across Moscow are well connected by the underground public transport (“metro”), and various hotels will suite. In some of the hotels, the best prices are offered if you book via the Internet; mind, however, that these prices may exclude some taxes or the breakfast. 

All hotel payments should be made in Russian rubles (RUR), the approximate exchange rate: 1 EURO = 71 RUR, 1 USD = 58 RUR (subject to change without notice).

CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your hotel reservation, please inform the Conference organizers immediately (see Contacts). Subject to banking costs and cancellations costs, depending on the hotel policy.
