Transportation

Moscow has three main international airports: Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo, and Vnukovo. These airports are connected with the Moscow underground public transport ("metro") by Aeroexpress trains. We strongly recommend to reach the metro using the Aeroexpress connections to avoid possible delays caused by traffic jams.

Aeroexpress. Connections from Moscow airports to the metro. Buy the ticket online: Aeroexpress. The tickets are also sold in ticket offices at the airports.

Moscow Metro: Moscow Metro Map with airport connections, General Information, Moscow Metro Map, Official web-site.
As some stations of the metro do not have printed maps in English, we suggest to print the map in advance and have it at hand.

Airport Domodedovo: Aeroexpress train connects this airport with the metro station "Paveletskaya" (it may be also called as "Paveletsky Rail Terminal"). Time table for the trains: Aeroexpress.

Airport Sheremetyevo: Aeroexpress train connects this airport with the metro station "Belorusskaya" (it may be also called as "Belorussky Rail Terminal"). Time table for the trains: Aeroexpress.

Hotels. To get to Sputnik or Korston (the two hotels next to the venue), we would suggest you to take the aeroexpress from airport, then take the circle line of metro (Koltsevaya) to the station "Oktyabr'skaya", exit from underground to the city, and subsequently take #T4, #M1, or #M4 trolleybus to a stop called "Transagenstvo" (for Sputnik) or "Dvorets Truda Profsoyuzov" (for Korston). See the map for locations of these hotels, corresponding bus stops, and the Conference venue:

Additional descriptions and recommendations can be found at the hotel websites: Sputnik, Korston. The addresses of the hotels can also be found at the Accommodation page.

Taxi. There is a taxi service in each of the airports, but this option may be expensive.
If you care about the cost, please order taxi via Uber or Yandex-taxi. The price of transportation from an airport to a hotel should fall within the range of 800-2000 RUB, with the exact value depending on the distance and car type. Be aware that taxi has some limited amount of charge-free waiting time, and some additional cost may be charged in case of your flight delay.
If you would like to get any assistance with the taxi from the Organizing Commiteee, please e-mail us (see Contacts).
